. There were only a few thngs that irritated me. There are a few intimate scenes prior. I absolutely loved the last couple of lines of the book. It made me curious about her other books.

The dialogue is all in kind of stilted, forced pseudo-Elizabethan speech. I loved the heroine, she was strong, yet graceful and proper. It's not so bad, I mean it's not like trying to read Shakespere, but some of the words do remind of him. Sex didn't come until friggin 93% in the book. Hosco, antisocial, mudo, taciturno, retrasado mental, extraño, ermitaño, loco… A Thomas Cavendish le cabían todos estos calificativos. This is a great story about Brandon Cavendish's father and mother who seem an unlikely pair but prove once again that opposites attract! I was so surprised at how good it was. Populated by a cast of characters from the underbelly of Danish society, Three Dog Night is a fast paced thriller that paints a picture of a rarely seen side of Denmark. Maybe someone reading this review has read more of her books and can enlighten me.

Sir Edward brings Alicia to Wolf Hall when she is seven to make a marriage offer with Sir Giles Cavendish. I was very meh about this book. Peter Boutrup just wants peace and quiet but he must accept that the truth lies hidden in the past he is trying to forget. They made me laugh and totally fit the story! In this tale set in fifteenth century England, Alicia Broom is promised to Thomas Cavendish when they both are children. Also, the hero is a virgin, and I don't think he'd done so much as kissed a girl before, but he is somehow a phenomenal lover. It is a story with many different things happening and very good as well.
While there were misunderstandings and some drama, it didn't lead to the kind of angst where you think someone might cheat, or someone might be seriously emotionally impacted. How surprised I was to find the hero so wonderful. His stumbling affections for Alicia are completely charming. There's a chance you'll recommend it to a friend, but it wouldn't go on your keeper shelf. Alicia has become a beautiful, strong-willed, and capable young woman. Yet his raw masculine power instead roused her slumbering womanhood to the dawn of eternal joy! Sandor Matskella looked upon Tonia Cavendish and saw many things: a woman not of his people; a woman promised to God; a woman condemned to die. It wasn't over done or at least not done in a boring textbook way. So, I have to bring up one negative. But when Brandon Cavendish offered to make him a landed knight in return for rescuing his precious Belle, Mark could not refuse. I like the history that is thrown in regarding Richard and King Henry.
